To schedule a counseling appointment, you can do one of the following:
During Fall and Spring semesters:
Call us at 612-330-1707 (if there is no answer, please leave your name and your phone number and we will call you back).
Stop by the CWC front desk (we are located in Anderson residence hall on the first floor, across from the Anderson classroom). Normal hours are 8 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. (we are closed for lunch noon to 1).
Email us at cwc@augsburg.edu (if you email, please let us know what times you are available during the day, our center takes appointments between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday).
You should hear back within one business day. If you do not, please call us again, it is important to us that we get you connected!
Walk In Hours are available for a brief support meeting: Mondays 10-noon, Wednesdays 1-3 p.m., Thursdays 1-3 p.m.
